Dishonest and extremely unprofessional. I asked several times for advance notice due to a dog in my yard and they ignored my request every time.They said I’d get an “early bird” discount but overcharged me and then never corrected it. Worst of all they trespassed on my property twice and hopped my gate when it was locked. When we told them we didn’t want to do business with them anymore they refused to take our lights down which is a part of their contract.
After I left a negative review, their manager, Matt, contacted me and offered compensation for the repair of the wall tiles. In the following two years, I continued to use their company for the installation of Christmas lights. No unpleasant incidents occurred after that.
