My children and I have seen Dr. Bright for many years, and love him and his staff. He has very up to date equipment, a good schedule for people that work, and overall just great patient care.
I was trying to use Bright eye care for the first time, called twice and every time it sent me to the voicemail of Jeremy. Went online to schedule an online appointment which they said they would contact me shortly and never did. Obviously they don't care about getting new customers or customer service.
I go here for glasses. I got an appointment for Monday the 24th. Wish I could have gotten the 18th. That's a Tuesday.
