RecommendedI think Dr. Bright and his staff are amazing. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. The office staff is very courteous and Dr. Bright is as down to earth and easy to talk to as can be. I never feel rushed and the care my family and I receive is phenomenal.

Went there today at 1:45 to get me glasses adjusted and was informed that no one is available on Friday after 1pm to help me. My family will be looking for a company that provides customer service from now on. Very disappointed

My step daughter (8 years old) had her very first eye appointment with Dr. Bright and he was absolutely amazing. He made her feel comfortable because as we all know all that equipment can be overwhelming for a kid that hasn't been before. All of the staff we worked with did just as well with her. I definitely feel great about picking Bright Eye Care for all of her eye needs
I love Dr bright (bright eyes ) but often have had trouble with his staff. Quoting prices are not their strong suite. Ask 3 people get 3 different answers, then charges are not consistent with the quote. There does not seem to be a coordinated effort to complete actions from doctor to staff. Things are overlooked and when calling about it they seem unfamiliar with problem . When problem is solved notification to patient is overlooked until patient contacts them again. Once again the folks at Bright Eye Care did an excellent job. Their care and concern for the patient is beyond my expectations.
Dr. Bright and staff were fantastic. They were very helpful and friendly.
