Everyone I came into contact with was extremely helpful, courteous and professional.
The staff is always courteous, polite and attentive. We are new to the area (2 years) and Middletown Family is by far, the best dental office we could ever have hope for. Thanx for the great work guys
I can't say enough good things about the staff Dr. Arrighi and hygenist Dawn who examined and x rayed my son. I have a 15 year old with autism and I have had a hard time finding someone close to home who was willing to give him a chance. His behaviors can be challenging. The staff set up a meet and greet so that my son could meet the staff, sit in the chair and be ready for his up and coming exam. They were all so kind and patient. I was running about 10 minutes late and the staff was very friendly and understanding. I was in and out for a routine cleaning in about 30 minutes!
You walk in and you are greeted with someone friendly. They take you back on time. You can watch TV while they clean your teeth to get your mind off of things. They have above and beyond things you can take like a bottle of water, chapstick, a coffee if you want. Everything about Middletown Family Dentistry is wonderful!
Dr Arrighi and his entire staff are first class. In the world where good customer service is hard to find, the staff makes it the norm. Dr Arrighi is courteous, professional and the best in the state by far. I would highly recommend Dr Arrighi and team.
As always, I find Middletown Family Dentistry providing high quality and friendly service. The staff is always nice and helpful. The one area that disturbs me is the constant reminders in the way of a text or an email. I must have received three text messages and two emails.
Always great service.
