All of the staff at Middletown Family Dentistry have always been very helpful. For our last visit, the whole family went in for an appointment at the same time (2 kids and 2 adults). My daughters were very comfortable with their time alone getting their teeth cleaned! I am very thankful for such a great Dentist's office.
Had a new hygienist, and I must admit, I was a little skeptical. Everything went very well. She was friendly and did everything she could to make me comfortable. As always, left the office feeling that I received the best of services.
The staff at Middletown Family Dentistry are always friendly, courteous and efficient. Each staff member takes their time to answer any questions that come up during our visits, from treatment to billing. I highly recommend this practice!
As usual, the care was OUTSTANDING!
My 7yr old daughter went in for her first visit at Middletown Dentistry. She had been going to a pediatric dental facility prior, but it was too far to keep tripping up for visits. They handled her in a very calming and enjoyable manner and she was quite happy with them. I too use them and have enjoyed them thoroughly.
Negligence equals pain! However, the team at Middletown Family Dentistry came to my rescue. Dr. Arrighi managed to help me out the same day as my request for care. Furthermore, his assistant Sue was fantastic as was the entire crew at the front desk. Sue totally put me at ease and helped me to leave the dental clinic smiling again! Thank you all!
As always, I find the atmosphere at the office welcoming, warming, and professional. Everyone there strives to make me relax and experience whatever procedure without any problems.
This has been my dentist for the past 10 years and the whole staff is wonderful. They are friendly, patient, professional and knowledgeable. If you are moving to the area or looking for a dentist, choose Middletown Family Dentistry! You will not be disappointed!
