I have three dogs. Bumble, Jazmine and Lucky. They have been patients for 5 years. The Bright Cross family have been very knowledgable, professional, and take great care of our babies.
These people really care about animals. They went above and beyond to help make my 15 year old blind deaf pup comfortable. Thank you so much!
I have, and will continue to recommend Bright Cross to my friends and family. I have never met a more caring staff. We have always felt like family there. We have never felt rushed through an appointment, and recently when we had to put one of our dogs down, they gave us all the time we needed with her. We have furry, feathered and scaled pets and will continue to entrust the wonderful doctors and staff at Bright Cross with their care. Thank you so much.
This is the most compassionate group of people we have ever met! We had to put down our 11 y/o baby girl ( Lab ) due to cancer. They were so caring and compassionate. To make it even better they sent a sweet card and her paw print which arrived a week later. Thank you so much!
Always friendly and knowledgable. They greet pets by their name (not sure how they greet owners).

What an awesome Clinic. Today was our first visit, Thank you Miss Ashley. I have an older ACD who had began to have some health issues. Vet Tech Miss Shannon was so kind and helpfull, Dr Holly was outstanding. The kindess and compassion displayed was 2nd to none. It was wonderful to be able to explain what was going on with our beloved Taz and the staff took right over checking her out and providing information so we could make the best decision for Taz.
