I want to say, the deepest heartfelt thank you to everyone at Bright Cross Animal Clinic. They all were so kind and compassionate when my son and I had to do one of the most difficult things ever. We had so say goodbye to our beloved Beacon. Tonight to my absolute surprise I come home to a box. Moving here to Venice last year from Pennsylvania with a dog and 3 cats meant that finding an excellent vet was very important. I have been in several times with my pets and am always extremely happy with the doctors, techs and front desk. Everyone is very warm, kind and compassionate. The doctors are amazing and explain everything so well. They definitely care about their patients and want the best for them. I highly recommend Bright Cross. They are the best vets in Venice!

Compassionate, sweet and thoughtful, they were so kind to us when we took our Baker in upon our move to Venice, he had already been diagnosed with a very serious heart condition. They helped get meds for him, the Dr. Called me when we had to take him to the ER clinic, and gave us the sweetest card when we lost him. I can't say enough good things about them.
The staff and veterinarians were very kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They saved my Rosie's life by performing a successful surgery for a pyometra diagnosis. I can't think of one negative aspect of our entire experience, aside from my pup being sick. Thank you to everyone at Brightcross.
