Cheap windows very loud next to high school. Limited hot water in our bathrooms and we pay extra for hot water. . Bath tiolet pipes narrow causing issues for many tenants and water saving devices render flows very limited . All of these issues could be tolerated if not for the very high rents we pay among the highest in town . This is not a luxury building nor luxury appointments. .
