I got the bait and switch here today. I came in to get some pictures taken of rust on my vehicle slightly out of warranty. Called Dodge corporate to set it up. Came in today, asked for an oil change as well. They changed my oil changed my diff fluid after asking me and then informed me that they were refusing to take pictures because it wasn't under warranty. Funny how they do 150 dollars worth of work before telling me they won't take a few simple pictures. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
The sales experience is ok (kind of pushy) but the extended warranty from all state is a rip off.
Service was excellent, efficient, smooth & got a great deal
I bought my 2014 GC Overland here (my first new car), and have had great customer service and excellent service experiences!!! Even showing up for service without an appointment, and getting fixed up same day. Totally honest and trustworthy! Love these guys and gals (and my Jeep!!). They assisted me with using supplemental insurance I bought for the tires even, made the calls and deducted from my service bill when needed. Highly recommend BG!
