Just go somewhere else. They have no respect or curtesy for your time. I know buying a car takes time but this is beyond unacceptable. In the title itself one should manage the business being named the business manager but unfortunately no one here can manage anything, including customers. McGovern in newton has friendly staff who care about their customers, make the little extra drive. In the end you will definitely save time
