Well i really respected the people in the ER until my last visit . The doctor was very rude to me and told me i can't come here if it's not an emergency. Well I was sick not feeling to good and i could not get into my regular doctor so what else was I suppose to do huh. I am never going back there nor am I taking my family there either.

Normally I don't do this but I was so upset with the service. One star for the sweet RN that did her job and if I could I would put no stars for the ER doctor. He couldn't tell my husband what was going on looked at the floor the 2 minutes he was in the room. Said what he thought was wrong with my husband before he even looked at him! And every question I had his answer was I don't know or I'm not sure, well okay you got paid and I still don't have answers! Thank you Doctor Rasmussen. The nurses in outpatient surgery were the best and like every experience with Dr. Bryce, very professional, explains everything to the smallest detail and a terrific surgeon,

I had my first experience as a patient in my own ER and my care was excellent. I did every thing to not come in but when the pain doesn't go away from a simple kidney stone, I had no other choice. I wouldn't go any where else, the best ER ever. I will always bring my family this way. Excellent staff in all the departments. Great hospital.

I had to go to the ER because of a few vomiting episodes. They were fast to get me started and was only there for 1 & 1/2 hours.

If there was a 0 star that's what this hospital would be. Been there on numerous occasions. And have had poor service to not getting anything done to looks like we are crazy or full of it, and nothing wrong with us. Only reason we keep going back is cause its an ER and only option we have at the time.
