Yesterday I woke up with an extremely painful UTI, I tried getting into my doctor but they were booked solid & I tried the Teladoc service but they took over 2 hours to respond. I couldn’t take the pain anymore, so I went to this emergency room. They got me back quickly, there was no one else in the waiting room but me so it wasn’t busy at all. The nurse seemed very careless, she didn’t listen to me. I told her I already took Phenazopyridine and it didn’t touch my pain at all… See more
It's all about the mighty dollar to them. Wrong diagnosis and prescription for our 6 year old girl, and they can't even make it right.
RecommendedI had to go to the ER last night due to a migraine. We knew it was busy and had no problem waiting our turn. The dr was great this time. Dr. Swan was so nice and understanding. The nurse Tianna was exceptional. This is the first time a nurse from your hospital had to put in an IV and never hurt me or left a bruise. She needs to train same day surgery her technique!! Thank you for the positive interaction we had. Well done!!
I had a family member who was sent here via ambulance early this week- the ER doc said it was no big deal and sent him home. The next day he was back in the ER (different hospital) and is finally being treated and we are finally getting answers. He is extremely sick and should not have been sent home. Please do better for your community.

Too many bad experiences to tell. I always keep making the mistake of hoping things here have improved. But every single time me or my loved one have horrible experiences in this ER. Have no faith in them. Will drive out of town first. Reading the other reviews it’s obviously not changing.
