For the most part I love the Brigham all the nurses are great as inpatient, but trying to get a scan of my husband's latest PET on a CD is like trying to get into fort Knox, it's impossible. As a cancer patient they have no sensitivity to our situation. Disappointed to say the least.
RecommendedI can say that this Hospital is one of the best i been in i was there a few weeks ago to have some thing done on me and they staff and how they talk to you is a OMG they tell you every thing and i would love to thank all of the staff in ICU and on the 15th Floor thanks for every thing and Most of all the Men and woman who worked on me having your Own Team like that is great I love how they come and look after you and willing to make you like family I would say Go there if you need any thing best Hospital i ever been in and t... read more
this Dr. Betsy Nabel.... what exactly is her qualifications regarding telepathy and reading peoples minds????????????? aka removing portraits of white men from the hospital?????? who i believe founded the hospital.
Dr.Systrom has been a life saver for my daughter. He listens and responds to her concerns, but most of al takes action to make her better!!!!

Good hospital, but not without issues. The kitchen supplying food to the patients is very slow. As a minimum, one hour wait from the time food is ordered, to when its delivered to the room. That's assuming its delivered to the right place. On one occasion, the food was left on a counter outside the patients room. After a two hour wait, it was discovered and a reorder was submitted. For a hospital that stresses cleanliness, most of the hot water faucets are turned off in the rest rooms and other locations. Cold water does not... read more
