I waited 5 days for a patient advocate to get back to me finally my sister called the presidents office and some called back and got the information. Still wait to hear back!!!!
Unable to put into words the care, compassion, insight, skill and love provided to myself and my unborn child. And then when he arrived, just wonderful caring NICU providers, nurses, staff. Excellent care that allowed my child with significant disability survive 8 weeks with us without invasive measures of any sort.
The ICU nurses were so nice and made the passing of our brother a little easier. They were so caring.
I worked as a traveler there. One of my preceptors was great; one, not so much. The hospital staff and the level of care is exceptional!
Extremely knowledgeable staff and a leading edge facility.
The staff are so great and they are so patient with everyone .love their caring

My husband was there recently for a 3week stay, on trauma ICU and step down Tower b and d. I cannot say enough for the nursing staff, surgeons and everyone else associated with his care. After an extended stay he never had a bed sore, even though he was very limited in his movements. The Palliative Care team was outstanding! They advocated for my husband and walked beside me through some very difficult days. I would certainly recommend the Brigham Janice Scammell
