This has been the worst and most unprofessional experience I've ever had! I've been trying to get my records transferred from Children's Hospital in Boston since the 16th of January! I've been given fax numbers that do not work, I've been told I'll receive a call back twice and never got any, I've been told management will not do anything for me but tell me repeated information when I asked to speak to one, and so much more!
