I had hip replacement surgery this past Wed and just got home a few hours ago (fri). Every single person I met was warm and helpful, my room was very comfortable, my surgeon was Dr. Ready. He did an awesome job and came to check on me. My nurses were wonderful, PT was so helpful and the food was excellent! I highly recommend Faulkner Hospital!
Wow!! Talk about amazing people! Every single person I have come in contact with from just phone calls to the information desk to the offices and departments has been absolutely amazing!! I don't think I have ever gotten this type of care anywhere else (usually there is at least one "bad apple" in the bunch). Coming from someone who has a very large and long medical history and with family members in the health care industry all of us have been wowed! Keep up the fantastic care!!
Five days ago I had knee replacement surgery done at Faulkner's Hospital. This is a repeat visit as I had my first knee done in November 2016. I live in upstate NY and chose this hospital based on where my surgeon did the surgery. I have never been a fan of hospitals or surgeries...but Faulkner's made it an amazingly positive experience. Everyone was excellent from the time I walked in the door until I was wheeled out to my car. Pre-op; surgical team, anesthesia team and post-op care were all top notch!
Best nurses and doctors and all the others I dealt with. Highly recommend this hospital
I arrived at the Faulkner Sunday night. Since I got the there my experience was excellent. Since the secretary, the nurse and the doctor, they give me all the attention that I need. Thanks to all the A team. You guys are the best.
