The staff was excellent, the atmosphere was both calm & well organized, the facillity was very clean & the level of care exceeded my expectations. Oh and they have affordable patient parking!
Great hospital with Great Staff! Doctors & Nurses I believe are the Best in their field. Floor staff go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable. With all that said, no wonder that their number one. Thanks BWH!!!
People complain about this hospital. But my experience was a great. Thank you for taking great care of me after my Hernia Surgery. ❤️❤️
I just had a total knee replacement at Brighsm and Womens Falkner Hospital my surgery was yesterday and I am home already. I had the best experience ever considering no one wants to be in a hospital the staff and Dr Fisk were wonderful . The rooms are all private and large bathrooms made my stay more comfortable the food was good and I want to tell l the nurses they are awesome. Tim and his associate in the Physical Therapy dept were great . Highly recommended
I had an evaluation for a rotator cuff tear by Dr Dyer found him to be respectful, gentle, honest, conservative about surgery. The place is clean, volunteers take you to where you are supposed to be if you are new to the hospital.very pleasant experience.
Everyone was wonderful. Special thanks to Kate our pre-op nurse!
