The customer care here sucks. The worst hospital I've ever been to. Don't take your family's there because they won't help you or they either make you wait or hang up in your face when you ask for your medical records. There tone of voice is very rude when talking to them. I would take out the F in friendly Faulkner hospital because there's nothing friendly about them. There's nothing good about the doctors or staff at Faulkner. We got left and alone and scared waiting for answers and didn't get anyone to follow back with us... read more
It is a great hospital, but the parking is horrible
Still here. Doctors are A no 1. Nurses and all other staff listen to you and they try to understand what your going thru.
Very clean hospital. A wonderfully dedicated team is caring for my mom. Thank you for giving me piece of mind while she is healing.
My experience with Faulkner has been so amazing. My surgeon is Dr. Chiodo and I was referred to him by my prior surgeon in Florida before I moved here. Although Dr. Chiodo is a very busy man, he has always taken the time to work with me and put me at ease. His PA, Cheri is also wonderful. I have had a lot of questions and issues with the surgery on February 23, 2017 as this was my fifth procedure on this ankle in less than five years so I have been very cautious anf they have been very very understanding.
