We just purchased a 12 year old Mazda6 from Renée Caldwell, and could not have had a better salesperson. Even though we we're in the market for a low cost vehicle we were treated very well and given ample time to make a decision. I would highly recommend Renée if you seek an honest and straightforward sales experience with attention to detail and your individual needs.

I purchased my last two vehicles from Briggs Nissan in Lawrence. There are things that I would have liked to have been handled differently on the sales side, but have been AMAZED and GRATEFUL for my experiences with the service department! DO NOT GO TO BRIGGS! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! We went and purchased a 2017 Nissian Sentra. We signed paperwork and went home. We went and continued to drive the car for 2 months to and from work and errands and such. We then had to redo paperwork two different times. Finally when the 60 day tag was about to expire we called and tried to figure out a solution. A couple days after calling repeatedly we received a call back on Dec. 13th saying we had to give Briggs 2000 dollars or bring the car back because they ... read more
Terrible service dept. Scheduled an appointment to get a new key programmed for today but was told I have to wait till Friday. Get your act together!
My problem is with all of briggs not just the Nissan dealership. Their costumer service is awful called multiple times and they will not call you back. They tried to fix it but I think we are almost past the point of fixing it... Currently waiting 7 hours now for a call back... FYI their excuse is they are under new management and someone had to fall between the cracks.
Our car search started the Friday before Memorial Day. We were driving through the lot after closing time to avoid any pushy salesman. We saw a car we LOVED and then happened to run into Renee. She answered the couple quick questions we had on her way out the door and was so kind and did not make us feel pressured at all. We decided to come in Monday morning just so we could buy from her.
