RecommendedExcellent experience with the service department. A part I had requested was delayed, but Al stayed on top of things and made sure I was taken care of. Definitely recommend Briggs to anyone looking for a car or needing their car serviced.
Bad experience. Kept trying to out of my budget range when it was made clear that I didn’t want to go over it. Found a better dealer to work with me and actually put me in a car i wanted that was fit for my needs and in my price range not just pick out random cars and then throw me to the next guy to screw me over
Girlfriend was texting salesperson whom kept promising negotiation on a price that he couldn’t hold up to manipulate her to come in. Then when she gets the manager she gets told “we sold that vehicle come look at this car” turns out they took it on a errand run so not only did they lie but their used vehicles also are used for company use and abuse .😂😂 Very unprofessional.

5 stars What an amazing experience my family had with our salesperson Eric Gulley and Finance person Lawrence. They worked hard, were professional and made us Feel at home while getting our deal done for a 2018 Nissan Titan S 4wd truck.
