I walked out. Dr Brad and his team are awesome. Wendy is the hygienist I have had since the beginning and I’ve had it. She makes everything difficult. If she’s not trying to sell me on more work then she’s lecturing. Yesterday some ridiculous medical sheet and she wanted to tell me how necessary it was. I disagreed and she wouldn’t let up. I’m done. I may leave the whole practice. And I’ve not had so much as a courtesy call or apology from the office. Really disappointed.
