Thanks very much for a great visit! I felt the staff was knowledgeable and personable and that my teeth and gums will be well attended to!
I'm one of the lucky few who never needs any dental work, so my encounter with the actual dentist was very brief and just right. Hygienist was pleasant and I received a good cleaning. DA who took my X-rays and photos was very detail oriented and cared a great deal about my comfort. The last person I saw on the way out was the lady who takes payment and books the next appointment, and she was very transactional. In the many cities where our family has lived over the course of my work travels, we have not encountered an equal or better dental experience anywhere. Briggs Family Dentistry is simply THE BEST.
From the minute I walked in the lobby I sensed a very friendly environment. As much as I hate filling up forms (new patient), these were simple and to the point. The overall attention I received was excellent. The detail was was clear and easy to understand. I was even given the option to share the findings with other family (sisters in-law) Dentists which live in other state/country. The latter I found it to be very professional.
Most thorough dental exam I have ever had. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. They don't try and sell you on unnecessary procedures. Will be referring my friends and family here!!
As always, you guys are the best!
Roger has been our family dentist for about 40 years. We would not go to anyone else.
