I was very impressed with Cindy and she did a great job of educating me on my current situation. I have a follow up appointment on Monday and requested an email but never got it. I think the front desk needs a little more organization because I had several telephone conversations and emails with them, yet they still wanted me to fill out more paperwork that was already completed. I don't know I was feeling like I might be making a mistake changing dentist after 13 years until Cindy got a hold of me.
