I called ahead a day before to rent a lift the girl in the front desk said ok pick it up tomorrow after 12pm. I went today and ask for it and she had rented the lift to someone else. I've been doing business with briggs for years NOT ANYMORE, please train your staff to at least call back. Very disappointed never doing business with Briggs again.
