Doctor and receptionist were both great every time I've been there.
I would give it 0 if I could. The worst receptionist I have ever seen, extremely rude and unprofessional . Even if you have an appointment, expect at least an hour wait.
The doctor is good. Though the receptionist is the worst and totally unprofessional I ever met. I personally experienced 2 serious issues. 1) for the refill of my medicine she asked me to wait for 2 weeks, so how a patient can wait for two weeks without medicine. 2) every time I visited the doctor I had to wait almost for an hour despite I was on time.
WROST RECEPTIONIST!!! Ill manners and very unprofessional!! I called in to book an appointment for my dad. He needs to refill his prescription and needs her medicine ASAP. The receptionist told my dad that they are not available for like 2 weeks and then I went and made a call to book an appointment for myself she told me to come tomorrow. And when I mentioned about my dad she said for him it’s going to be in 2 weeks because he missed his last appointment!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE I don’t not recommend you going there.
