Small bar like situation. Food is exceptional. Love ant ragu. The menu changes seasonally and is always good. Ask for Angel to be your server. All the servers make you feel like friends.
Great for private parties! – With my fiance turning 30 this year, I wanted to throw him a surprise party to celebrate. With Bridgid's being one of his favorite places in the city, they were definitely on my list of places to look into having a party there. The have a space upstairs that can be used for private parties. It's nothing too fancy, but it was perfect for what I was after. It has a few tables, a small tv, fireplace and it's own bar set up. Perfect for my guest list of about 30. Once I decided I definitely wanted to... read more
Best place I've been to in a while – I went to dinner her with my girlfriend and parents this past Saturday night and everyone had an absolutely fantastic time. WOW - GREAT FOOD! – Terrific little place! - blues playing in the background when I was there a few weeks ago. the 3 of us in my group ordered 2 different entrees and we very impressed with the quality of the food. Very unpretentious, comfortable place. I will be back.
Best bar/restaurnt in Fairmount I like Bridget's. It's a cozy place. I like to sit at the bar. The beer selection is good and the food too. There is also a dining room and more space upstairs. This place is good enough to fall into the destination bar category.
Bridgid's A great little neighborhood bar frequented by the locals; you'll often see the same faces each time you go. Good bar food, good beer. There can be some pretty lively discussions among the customers which can be very interesting.
Hidden Treat Outstanding beer selection - beers offered on tap changed often. Menu changes often as well - "Homestyle" is indeed a good way to describe the food - unpretentious, with focus on quality and flavor. Atmosphere is cozy and enjoyable
Hidden Treat Outstanding beer selection - beers offered on tap changed often.
Great neighborhood bar – Brigid's is thoroughly unpretentious without being a dive. The beer list is extensive and there is usually a good Belgian on tap. The menu is eclectic and changes regularly. Be sure to try the chicken fingers!
