I moved to Estates at Seven Fields after the loss of my wife after a lengthy battle with breast and spine cancer. I was 74 at the time I found the complex to be clean,safe,quiet,nice neighbors and nice people in the lease office. To supplement my SS I drove a school van to pay rent that was always paid on time,usually early. Our apartment was not ready at move in. There was an extensive list of things that needed fixed that should have already been done before move in, ie smoke detector batteries needing replaced, multiple light bulbs needing replaced, light fixtures/ceiling fans needing fixed, holes in doors, missing toilet paper holders and shelves in the bedroom closet that were missing screws or had hanging screws. I usually don’t bring stuff like this to social media. If you take the time to read this thanks in advance.I moved into this place 2 years ago. My lease is up sept30th 2020 Back in July 2020 I received a letter of non renewal of my lease. So I started looking for places to live. My sons recently put a deposit down on an apartment at Toll House apartments (Starboard Villa) in Greensburg Pennsylvania, in anticipation of renting their first apartment. Unfortunately, because of the National Disaster Emergency, the college they worked for, closed down, and they now find themselves unemployed. They are unable to move in as planned next month. Horrible business practices. Scammers and frauds. Charge fees that are legally unenforceable and charged me almost $300 in addition to my deposit for essentially all either ***** wear and tear or completely made up offenses. Further, after I sent a dispute letter, there was no evidence or proof of said charges, in fact no response at all for over a month, until I get a threatening letter stating I will be sent to collections to have my credit ruined, without a judgment, and without, again, and supporting facts or evidence fo... read more

We've had 4 different office managers in the past 20 years we've lived here. All of them missing a brain. We keep getting "low quality" people moving in. They trash their places and get away with murder. They get a "verbal warning" or hallway notes which they laugh off, they may be quiet for a couple days then it goes right back to the same old same old. Drug dealers live here. Kids run around ALL hours of the night/late night/early A.M. It's 100% trashier then when we moved in years ago.

Horrible Company! There was a credit on my account, so I called the rental office and was told yes there was. Ok, so I wait to get my bill which I pay an additional 3.60 for then paid what was on my online acct and the bill. Come to find out there was no credit. I was then given a notice just now about 3 weeks later that I owed for Junes rent plus 150.00 late fee! What? Not my fault I was given misinformation and billed incorrectly! A.R.
