Absolutely no help to you when there's issues. The only good part about their establishments is their maintenance crew.
I was told thered be a 4% rent increase with lease renewal. The increase was approximately 20%.

Hello, tenant lease ends 6/30/22 a renewal offer was sent 4/5/22 tenant signed new offer 4/5/22. After signing she wanted to know why her increase was over 4% which she was told her increase reflects market rate. Had she reached out before signing lease we could have tried to work with her.

Buyer Beware: I completed my application and holding fee of $250 with Glenwood Pointe which is an A and R company. The agent ****** wanted me to sign a lease for an apartment I had never seen before. I tried to explain that I will sign the lease on the day that I receive the keys, so that I can ensure the cleanliness of the place. I have lived in an A/R community for 5 years. It has been my home. On July 7, 2021 I received an email that my rent would be raised an UNBELIEVABLE 15.5%. No warning of this upcoming criminal act. Furthermore, I have 24 days to tell them whether I will stay or leave. This same management company will give their residents a gift card for writing a good review. AR Building Company is an absolute nightmare. Their management is terrifyingly unprofessional, rude, racist, and discriminatory. Please do not EVER sign a lease with a place managed by them. I have a service animal who was an *** at the time that I was living there. He is legally registered and properly trained to aid me with my medically diagnosed disability. At 9:28 pm my apartment is 90 degrees and has been for 2 days. A work order was placed 2 days ago. Management just sent an email and said they would call someone. For anyone interested in renting from A.R Building, I would recommend reading the entire lease throughly and if you are not sure of the verbage have an attorney look it over. Horrible Management , We lived in Spring House Communities for 15 years never had issues until we moved to 3 bedroom townhouse, we had so much problems that we ended up breaking our lease and move to another place we complained of dogs faeces on our yard back side and front, people peeking in our windows at night dogs walking at 3 A.M food and drinks wraps all over side yard , neighbor would bring doom all the way to my door or kitchen window to urinate or feece and it stunk you couldn't sit outside not to mention first thin... read more
