Last week I was referred to Bridgeway by OSF urgent care as I had a family member in crisis. The nurse spoke with someone directly and we were told to go straight over there as they were expecting us. They are very helpful.
Been trying to get in. Blown off. I guess it's because I'm young and on Medicare. Seems biased. You have someone wanting therapy and its been over a week and no appointment still. No contact. And we wonder why there is a problem with mental heath in this country. I'm asking for help and I'm getting treated like I don't matter because of my income and insurance.
