Did personal training here - my trainer constantly moved our appointment times and cancelled three or four times. I understand there is a lot going on in life, but it was unprofessional. I tried to be understanding, but then, when my life got too busy and I tried to cancel, they neglected to remind me that they require a form. So they acknowledged the notice I gave them, but continued charging me for two more months before I noticed it.
