Bridgewater Park is an amazing choice! The apartments are beautiful and the extra things they offer like the pool are in wonderful condition! To top it off, the office staff and maintenance are very nice and friendly! They are always on top of it no matter the issues that arise and get everything done in a timely manner!
I've lived here for 6 years and they now have new owners. They are better than they use to be. The rent is outrageous though. But they fix things quickly and maintain the outside really good compared to what it was like before. And the management is really nice.
Spacious, home-like with lots of counter space and an open floorplan for entertaining space. Clean apartments for sure with two full bathrooms. The full-size washer and dryer is very convenient and gives more storage space with is dope. Parking is definitely an added benefit, and I enjoy being able to see my vehicle from the freshly painted balcony. Tidy grounds make it a comfortable environment with lots of green space.
If you are looking for a spacious, comfortable, and updated apartment in a great location fairly priced, then look no further! All units have a patio or balcony, nice breezeway entries, stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer and large bedrooms & living areas with walk in closets. Not to mention the beautiful updates for the kitchen with cast iron gas stove with griddle which has been amazing to cook on. Can’t recommend this place enough as the office staff and maintenance has been very efficient as well.
