We live in phase 2 and you would think they would of put a pool or a splash pad in. Nope they put more homes. You have to drive to phase 1 to go to the pool, but guess what there's no parking. FYI there's no parking at all here. The engineers and blueprint guys must of been told screw these people and lets make money. Appliances break, no padding in the carpet so hope your neighbors dont have young kids stomping up the steps. There is dog poop everywhere so watch where you step. Omg i visited some friends. Wow amazing. An island in the kitchen a walk in closet,love the master rooms. Some off the children’s room are small but it out right together. It’s ok. 2 garage big. Pool , Dog park , tennis place. Getting on the main road is the only problem I see. The pool is soooo big. Children are picked up by bus. in the community. That’s a + maybe one day I can buy a house here. I’m in love with their houses. A brand new hospital and restaurant. Every single thing brand new. Not too far from there. A new BJ
