My Town Home
I bought pre construction in phase one in 2023. My home is going up for sale this year. Problems from shoddy construction, lack of HOA enforcement of rules and guidelines, too many renters and units used as temporary rentals, lack of landscaping and general care, shortage of parking and vehicles parked blocking roadways, appliances that break after one year.
