Omg i visited some friends. Wow amazing. An island in the kitchen a walk in closet,love the master rooms. Some off the children’s room are small but it out right together. It’s ok. 2 garage big. Pool , Dog park , tennis place. Getting on the main road is the only problem I see. The pool is soooo big. Children are picked up by bus. in the community. My Town Home
I bought pre construction in phase one in 2023. My home is going up for sale this year. Problems from shoddy construction, lack of HOA enforcement of rules and guidelines, too many renters and units used as temporary rentals, lack of landscaping and general care, shortage of parking and vehicles parked blocking roadways, appliances that break after one year.
