Absolute joke of an office. It took me three months with multiple phone calls and completions of their online form to finally get a call back for an appointment. The only reason I persisted was because someone told me that this doctor takes a more holistic approach. However, the office operates horribly and it is apparently at the doctor’s instruction. I’ve been a patient at this office for almost 10 years and always received excellent care when I was seeing Luke, who was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about his patients. Unfortunately, since he left, the quality of care has gone downhill — especially with Nurse Practitioner Amber Campbell. I recently lost my medical insurance but still needed my routine medications, so I paid $200 cash for a simple medication refill appointment. My daughter had a checkup there, and I got a bill from them. I paid the bill with my credit card, but I got another bill, this time "past due." I wrote a letter explaining that I gave my payment info, but a month later, instead of getting any response, I got another bill "past due." I called, but got no response nor reply. It's frustrating that a simple task of paying a bill has to be this difficult. This review is not about patient care, but only the billing practices of that office.
