 RecommendedThank you to both Matt and Daniel for always coming to my maintenance needs. Whenever I have submitted a ticket, they both go above and beyond to fix whatever needs fixing. They have both discovered issues within my unit that have been fixed on the spot, so it’s not a bigger inconvenience down the road. Camden Lansdowne has an A+ maintenance team!Â

 RecommendedI have a friend that lives at Camden Greenway and I visit often. The community is well kept, the staff is so friendly, the apartments are beautiful, maintenance is great and very responsive when she puts in any request. We walk over to Levy park and Richmond Ave, often. A really great community to live in!Â

 RecommendedMy husband and I lived here for 4 years. It was so hard to leave, it is the best place we have lived at. Everyone is friendly, the staff helpful and proactive, the amenities unbeatable and the atmosphere lively and comforting. Highly recommend!Â

I would not recommend this Property. They are very slow on responding to your concerns and they seem to not care about their tenants. During the Covid they have been very harsh and not understanding especially if you end up in the hospital , they add more fees to your bill when your in ICU... I have been waiting for over a week to be contacted and it is still pending. Very slow services..Â
 RecommendedWe have lived here for over six months and already plan on renewing our lease when the time comes. Camden is in a great area with restaurants and shopping right outside the front door. The apartments are nice, modern, and quiet. The staff is great. They are always nice and very helpful. We are very happy with our choice to live here at Camden.Â

Amazing office staff and maintenance crew who are very helpful and responsive to every need/question/issue. Very, very pet friendly (one of the reasons why we chose Camden in the first place) and it’s close to everything (Wegmans and Costco).Â

Seth and Jessie (and Molly and Georgina!!) are always super responsive and I really appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile to put our (my) mind at ease.  RecommendedI had a wonderful experience while visiting San Paloma. The grounds were very pretty and I really liked the floor plan. When I am ready to move the two bedroom two bath that I was shown will be perfect for me and my family. Also the customer service I received was the best I have experienced so far while looking for my new home. I will definitely be back.Â
