Contact employees to save a buck. Unreliable loaders. Don't know how to stack organize. Incompetence in management. What do they do if they can't get their workers to work right. Now the company is setting up drivers with extra tires to see if the penny's they are paying are worth it? Was given instructions that bridgestone will now start throwing in extra tires on loads to make sure the driver is keeping count but nothing about the drivers doing a great job, no increase in salary.
