The only reason why I gave 4 stars because we are not able to pay rent with American Express. The rent is so expensive we should be able to receive some type of benefits.
My wife met with Kristine yesterday to get a preliminary assessment of our property. We owned rental properties in AZ and CA and we are not new to the industry. We look forward to working with Kristine and Bridge Property Management next year (2022).
