DONT!!!!! – I've lived here since December of last year and this is my first apartment with my husband who is in the military. In the beginning they're awesome until you sign the lease. When we moved in they were lax getting our move in costs, we gave them the check and then were told two weeks later that instead of owing 1200 to move we now owed 1450 and a hundred dollars in utilities. just to want update,,, they still have lot of problems..... NO HDD or Comcast... if you choose, Bldg 5,6,7,and 8 you will not find a parking after 3 PM. and they charge $50.00 + just to rent the Club House and no alcohol. There is only one thing is good,, that is, it?s close by Hwy 80 and Hwy 680, that?s all. You will hear lot fire truck and bikers. DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – If you want to live at a place where you have to try really hard to get HD tv, this is the place for you. The FCC passed a rule that no one can be forced by contract to use a specific provider. Bridgeport gives you Dish and Direct TV. No cable allowed because they would need to pay for a little work to run the Comcast cable.
