Recently I had a very unpleasant experience with this provider. It turned out that it was very difficult for me to ask them to give me a bridge for my chronic prescription. I tried to speak with Shawna through their number 503-603-9087 explaining that my next appointment was in 2 weeks and that I urgently needed to be provided with at least 5 days of a bridge, and she told me that the clinic's policy was very strict and that for my type of medication I should have scheduled the appointment well in advance.
