I would recommend this dentist to everyone especially anyone who has had a bad experience with a dentist. Everyone is very kind and caring and ensures that you are happy with the work that you have had done. I have called with questions and was never treated like I was an inconvenience. They ALWAYS took time to ensure my question were answered. This si the VERY BEST dentist!!!
Let me first say that I switched to Dr. Shaw because my previous dentist was not kind to his staff. He was a good dentist, but he made comments under his breath about his assistants when they left the room, and I noticed how they became uneasy whenever he was around. Because of this, I am extremely aware of office dynamics. The staff in this office is relaxed. As always a very cheerful visit with friendly and competent staff. Today's Temps were really as nice as could be and carefully efficient. Always a pleasure.
I have been coming to Dr. Shaw's dental office for approximately 4 years now, and I must say it's always a pleasure as far as dentist appointments go. I usually have the same dental hygienist who is a craftsman clean my teeth, but her replacements while she was on maternity leave have been just as thorough. Dr. Shaw is always informative, and his recommendations are great!
I had an abscess that was killng me, Dr. Shaw and his staff were amazing, as always, super gentle, began fixing the problem even tho i was between paydays, a very rare occurrence in today's world! Which is why i will continue to be seen there and i will continue to recommend them to everyone in need of dental work

Received a great routine cleaning, and great advice for how to continue to maintain my dental health and prevent cavities. As much as I love to come to BDA, I appreciate their special care to prevent me from coming in for services beyond cleaning :)
