As always I had a great experience when I went in for my cleaning. Everyone is so very friendly and welcoming.
Knowledgeable staff, polite, cheerful, etc. Work done quickly, gently, with full explanations in progress.
Excellent, staff always concern about comfort.
I needed to find out if an issue I was having with a tooth was a matter of concern. Since I wasn't feeling pain, I was scheduled within two days' time and was told to call immediately if I started experiencing pain. Dr. Shaw performed an exam and reviewed my options with me, completing the requested remedy before the end of my appointment time. I have been very satisfied with the result, and am, and have always been very pleased with the pleasant and professional manner of Dr. Shaw and all of his staff.
I believe that the entire staff, dentist, as well as hygienist and receptionists, are pleasant. Not only do I enjoy my staff and care but I love the view. The dentist has an amazing view of a pond of koi and turtles. He also has movies that you can watch and TV's mounted high with headphones, to keep your mind on anything else that you want to watch, other than the nice dental care you are receiving. I think his office gives me, much less anxiety, due to his care and all the beautiful things he has.

I absolutely love the care we receive at Dr. Shaw's office. Every part of the team truly cares and wants to make your experience as positive as possible. Having had previous experiences with dentists that made members of my family not fond of having even a simple cleaning, Dr. Shaw's team make you feel safe. I know that when my child and I are there, we will be cared for in the best way possible.
You guys are the best! Everyone is so helpful and nice and the office is comfortable. Thank you!
