Verified Renter I do love the price for our two bedroom, two bath, and balcony. It’s appropriate for a Texas apartment. I’ve had a problem with roaches since the day moving in. The first 6 months, just traps were being set. I had to ask for an actual spray to be done. I think one more spray will help. Upon moving in, there was no urgency to help us like put our blinds up.
