Verified Renter Not much to say really. They didn’t get rid of a neighbor that they promised wasn’t going to be here much longer when I was being harassed by said neighbor. I have been here 4 years and no upgrades to apartment but rent continues to increase every year. I have requested someone to resurface my tub 3 years ago and it was never done. I advised my patio door does not lock over a year ago and nothing done about it. I quit putting in maintenance tickets because nothin is ever done for me.

Verified Renter I have had a lot of issues that have yet to be resolved. Plus, they are constantly turning off the water!!!! it is out of control!!!! I won't stay past my lease due to the issues I have had!

Verified Renter It's a decent place to live. The staff doesn't bother you too much. The pool is always closed. The water pipes are always busting causing the water to constantly be off.

Verified Renter Since moving here, we have smelled sewage through the air ducts. They attempted twice to fix it but to no avail and management has not reached out to give any updates or showed any concern about the situation. The water has also been shut off every month for maintenance issues which has been annoying. Other than that, the apartments are okay, but maybe this wasn't the right time to move here.

Verified Renter The people in the office are very kind. Not everything runs smoothly but I've come to expect that from large apartment complexes in Texas. Sometimes things you want fixed are just painted over. Overall it is a pretty community and they constantly have activities for the residents to show up to. I have never seen an apartment community do it like they do. It is really amazing.

Verified Renter Nothing has been fixed except thosr repairs I made myself. Requested repairs have not been appropriate for the issues. When opening a repair ticket notes indicating the real issues are ignored and the "canned" answers are used to justify inaction.
