My experience has been great! The application process takes time and I understand that. I imagine with the rent specials and waived application fee going on there are a lot of applicants to review! It took about 3 weeks total and I was able to move in! The ladies in the office are wonderful and so much help! I’ve requested maintenance for a few minor things as I moved in, which were handled quickly!
I had a great experience with the move in process with this apartment complex.The application and move-in process was incredibly smooth and fast, which made everything so much less stressful. Allison in the admissions office was especially helpful; as she was responsive, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciate how easy they made the whole process!
Moving to this complex in 3 weeks, and I gotta say, Pamela and Allison have made this as smooth as ever. Very polite, very professional. Thank you ladies very much and I cant wait to get moved in and settled.
It’s been almost 2 months since we left the apartment and until now I did not receive my deposit yet. I’ve been calling them for a month and they just keep on saying “it should be on its way.” Also, they emailed me one time to pick up my deposit in their office even though I already called them numerous times and updated them about our new address in California!
