Current Resident. Not satisfied with service from management nor maintenance. They don't wanna address major issues in a timely manner. Been waiting for them to address an issue thats been going on for couple months now thats disturbing my peace. [They are now ignoring me when i call or text for updates] Don't think I'll be renewing the lease when time comes unless you all are willing to do the right thing and not be slumlords. French Quaters is a thing of the past or so I thought.

Never move here. Lived here for over 3 years. Ever since I moved in, there have been constant issues that maintenance takes weeks or even months to fully fix. Every summer I get a severely leaky AC that floods my hallway and creates mold because of the slow response time. It took them 12 days to fix the mold on my vent and now theres an issue with the plumbing that causes my carpet to be perpetually wet. The managers are useless. My family lived in this apartment for several years and we had no complain until the management has changed. When Diana and that assistant Addie was in office, it became worst. Diana started giving out warnings to those who have things outside the door, she sent an email removing the 5 day grace period for payment, she sends red cards to apartment doors for not paying a day late which is within the grace period.
