Was denied a apt, never told me why and they never answered the phone. Already know this place is a joke
the managers are nice great and sweet
First off, Allison is one of the nicest human beings I have ever met! Her kind energy radiates and she made my tour experience feel as if she already knew me! The apartment she showed me was a huge 2 bedroom for the price. I really needed this for me and my kids. It was clean and just what we need. I can’t wait to move in soon! I’m so grateful for this whole experience and excited for the fresh start. Thank you, Allison for your kindness during a rough time for me finding a place to live . You are the best!
My experience has been great! The application process takes time and I understand that. I imagine with the rent specials and waived application fee going on there are a lot of applicants to review! It took about 3 weeks total and I was able to move in! The ladies in the office are wonderful and so much help! I’ve requested maintenance for a few minor things as I moved in, which were handled quickly!
