I feel very welcomed to moving in very soon. Diane and Addie have been extremely helpful and polite to me.

We lived in Bridgepointe Crossing for almost 3 yrs. Never had a problem until we were about to move out. The community manager, Diana and her assistant, Adee who at first entertained our inquiry with subleasing the unit, turns out to be playing around with us. By processing and accepting application fee of the couple-applicants, but by policy, subleasing isnt really allowed. Communicating with Diana is disappointing. Update: I changed my review from a 1 star to a 5 star. Diana apologized and asked for forgiveness which I appreciate and commend her for that because that's not easy for anyone to do. We came to an understanding about returning my keys May 31st without any extra charges. As I stated before I never had any issues in the two years of living here or with management until today. We all have our off days and we're all human. I want thank you again Diana for everything and I'm so glad I was able to leave on a brighter note.
I have been a resident for a while and I just want to voice my opinion. The only reason I’m giving this place a 5 star is because of the maintenance men that work there! They are amazing guys and do their job very very well. Very professional. Keep up the amazing work guys. As for the women Diana who runs that property she is not nice at all and she is very disrespectful very rude and she has a nasty attitude. Please bring back Maggie or find someone who is nice and respects people!
