We lived in Bridgepointe Crossing for almost 3 yrs. Never had a problem until we were about to move out. The community manager, Diana and her assistant, Adee who at first entertained our inquiry with subleasing the unit, turns out to be playing around with us. By processing and accepting application fee of the couple-applicants, but by policy, subleasing isnt really allowed. Communicating with Diana is disappointing.
