I believe this company is only in it for themselves, especially the general manager. They will not work with folks when problems come up. The do not answer the phone or return calls unless it's to make money. They do not want to hear anything when it comes to spending money. They flat out lied about doing home inspections when confronted about issues. I was an owner and ended up having to work the tenants directly due to the incompetence of the property manager. We just had a two year lease on a property in the Old Village. It was horribly maintained, appliances broke constantly and would take literally months to only be replaced with more poor quality appliances, that would in turn break again and take more months to be replaced. Upon move in the paint promised to us was restricted to one bathroom upstairs and the carpet hasn't been replaced since probably the 1980's.
