I have been going to Dr. Merritt at Bridgemill Dentistry for about 8 years and have never had a bad experience. As one who NEVER liked going to the dentist, Dr. Merritt and his staff make the experience as easy and pleasant as possible.
Love this dental practice! I have been going for years and have NEVER had a bad experience. Everyone is always friendly, kind and caring. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone!
Dr Merritt and staff are always pleasant, friendly, and ON TIME! Never have to wait in the waiting room past my allotted time, which shows respect for my time! Much appreciated! Love the convenience, but really feel welcomed and cared for by this team. I've been a patient for over 10 years.
From the moment I walk in the door until I check out, I am greeted with friendly smiles in a very caring atmosphere. Every member of the staff is just superb. They treat you like a friend. Dr. Cox is a very personable, caring and skilled dentist. I admit that I am someone who doesn't usually like going to the dental office, but BridgeMill makes the experience painless, relaxing, and yes... enjoyable!
As usual, everyone was exceptional, it is hard to improve on excellence. Bravo to all.
I always have a great experience at Bridgemill Dentistry. They are honest and specific about my needs. I never feel rushed. Dr. Merritt and all of the hygienists I've met are wonderful!
Your facility is very comfortable, clean and efficient. More importantly, I am impressed with your employees. From phone introduction, to admissions, to the technical folks, your staff promotes relaxation with their personalities and efficiency. And most important of all, they know how to "listen" and respond. Dr. Cox is immediately and genuinely involved with your issues yet he also promotes a comfortable atmosphere. I'm feeling confident, even after the first visit.
