My daughter had an appointment on 8/28/2020 that was scheduled in late July 2020. No masks were required at that time and they said that they would not require them. We walked in today, without notice, was asked to put on a mask for their protection. All of the staff was wearing a mask so they were protected. They took our temperature and proceeded to call their “Corporate office” where now there is a “policy” that has been put in place. Showed up today 08/26/2020 for my 8:30 appt which was scheduled during my last visit in Jan 2020 only to find out (1) they have re-partnered with a big organization (myeyedoctor, I think); (2) they now open at 9 am; (3) they no longer make (or honor?) appts made 6 months out; (4) my appt card is a reminder even though it clearly states it is an appointment; (5) I don't really have an appt. My family has been going here for years. The staff is kind and always remember us when we come in. They make us feel like a part of there family.
I went for the first time last week at my dad’s recommendation and I had a great experience! Their equipment is top of the line and the staff is very friendly and professional. Definitely a 10/10 experience, and I will happily go back again next year.
Love this office!! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Great doctors who listen and aren’t in a huge rush to get you in and out. Highly recommend them!!
