There is a no smoking rule on the property which they don’t inform you on until you sign the lease. The property L. Patton of one the properties is going with a tenant and she allows him to smoke marijuana and the hallway is lit up with the smell and that’s a lease violation so why is he still a tenant over there. I rent at their property in Arlington, Cobblestone and they have hired the laziest staff imaginable. The only thing they do is send emails, they will not assist a tenant. That's beneath them, Maria doesn't seem to care that her staff is not trained, they only care about their paychecks, not the community. They don't disclose the actual amount you pay in rent when you sign your lease. There is always trash everywhere, wish I would have never moved here. I have been here 14 years. The original owner when I first move here, was very good at getting the tenants to clean up. The property has since been sold about 3 times, by bigger companies. They do not care. Our rent went up from $450 a month to over $1,000 per month within the last two years. I own my home… that there is only the lot rent and water. Water pressure is very low. 🚨 VERY POOR MANAGEMENT- DON’T RENT HERE! MOLD EVERYWHERE!!! 🚨Regional Manager Marci asked this not be posted but you all weren’t able to resolve my problem so now I’m putting it here for all to see publicly. They have a water and mold issue causing staining to the toilet. Don’t rent apartment 1126 at Cobblestone in Arlington, Texas. My lease was over in August but had to move out early in June. Lived at one of their properties for two years and loved it. They were always super responsive and timely. Very friendly staff. Also, nearly all of the bad reviews here are actually meant for a different property management company that happens to have a very similar name!
