Honestly I have not been here. I think Google caught this place while we were close by. I do remember it looks nice on the outside

The location is great and there is quick access to a lot of shops in the area. Maintenance issues are usually resolved in a reasonable time. There are lots of residents with dogs. Parking is an inconvenience for paying residents. There is no guest parking, so guests flood resident parking. The walls are very thin, so you will hear other residents conversations, yelling, screaming, kids and you might smell marijuana. The office staff has been fine on the occasions I dealt with them while living there.
Cute & quiet place, friendly facility staff, only complaint is wish they’d get the retention pond fountains fixed, that pond water is so disgusting and literally a breeding ground for all types of diseases. We were told months ago when we moved in, it was being fixed. Well we talked to our neighbor who’s been here for over a year and he said the office girlie told him the same thing when he moved in LOL come on yall, get the fountains fixed. It’s such an eyesore.
Do not recommend to live there if you are handicapped. There is a resident who's been asking for help for 2 days. And they are refusing to help it's really sad.
