While we went with another hospice facility due to quicker availability and a dire situation; Our first impression with Emily was amazing. She was so caring, knowledgeable, and really cared about our family. We were in a tough spot and she was wonderful!
The care from schedule nurse visit was good. They would take about an hour to 2 hours to get to our home during an emergency. Now that my mother has passed the cremation services an I have been calling constantly to get the certificate signed. It has been sent to them multiple times. Every day they promise they will get it signed but they don't. At this time I believe they don't even care if they are breaking the law.
Bridge has great communication and the nurses are amazing. They provide plenty of supplies and support. You are able to call 24/7 with any concern. Staff is very friendly and KJ was super informative about hospice and the services they provide.
I am expressing my dissatisfaction with Bridge Hospice. My husband recently passed away from Covid and I was told that I would be called daily with a report while he was sick. Not once did they ever call me in the 4 days he had it. In fact, when we visited him the day that he passed, when we arrived he was not on a ventilator. The nurse told us that someone delivered the machine but didn’t hook it up. The nurse informed us that she didn’t know how to hook it up. My daughter and I arrived and he was very “air hungry”.
