Love Bridge Hospice Rosanna was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining everything in detail about the process of hospice. She is very compassionate about her patients and spouse. Catalina is gentle and thorough when it came to bathing my patient. As a caregivr you work as a team to make sure the patient and family are well taken care of and comfortable. I had all my question addressed in a timely manner and medications and equipment delivered to the house in a timely manner
My mom had a long battle with Alzheimer’s, and Bridge Hospice was there for my mom and me through it all. They were there 24/7. I could contact them with any concerns and those concerns were addressed immediately. The communication was excellent. When I needed a letter from the doctor, for power of attorney purposes, I got it that day. I was always kept informed about Mom’s care. My RN, Monica, is unprofessional and my LVN'S,Pam&Angie have gone that extra mile to do the job my RN, should of done weeks ago! Monica, is always late with breathing medication! Monica,said that if I,don't keep her then am kicked off Brige hospice! I,just don't understand. I’m the administrator of an RCFE and as of now I have 3 patients under Bridge Hospice care and I love their services !!! The Bathing AID IRMA is amazing, she does a great job, very caring, takes time and makes sure all the patients are clean and happy with her all the time everybody from my facility Loves her!! All the staff is great and it’s a pleasure to work with each one of them!I recommend their services 💯%!!!
I'm highly disappointed with the follow-up care we've received after choosing Bridge Hospice care. My mom recently passed on thurs early morning and I made a call to 24hr care to notify them regarding her passing. Turnaround time was 20 mins, then and additional 20 mins for the nurse to arrive an confirm her passing. Although, the nurse was not rude, she did provide a careless response, she shrugged her shoulders and said yeah, she's gone.
